The Chef is a high-performance shortboard meant for the surfer who wants a reliable board for all conditions. A talented Chef must be able to craft many different courses. The outline is designed with foam kept under the chest and the wide point 1 inch forward from center. This model features modern knifey rails and a slightly domed deck. Based on East Coast swells, I included a slightly wider squash tail to add drive to flatter sections.
